Would guarantee all workers a minimum of one hour of paid sick and safe leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 72 hours in one calendar year. The leave may be used to care for a child, spouse or domestic partner, grandchild, parent, sibling or "any other individual related by blood or affinity." The leave may also be used to seek medical attention resulting from domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking.
