Summary:

Guarantees workers in businesses with more than 10 workers the right to earn one hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked, up to 56 hours annually. Guarantees workers in businesses with six to ten workers the right to earn one hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked, up to 40 hours annually. Guarantees workers in businesses with fewer than six workers the right to a minimum of 40 hours of unpaid sick leave annually. Exceptions for seasonal and agricultural workers.
